Applications for our 2007 intake have now closed for all offices who require a graduate to start in March 2007. If you have any queries please contact the people listed at the end of this article.
Our Graduate Accountant programme focuses on providing challenges and development opportunities to all graduates and includes:
- An initial Induction Week.
- A "buddy programme" to ensure you have the support and guidance through your first 6 months.
- A structured performance framework which includes setting expectations, coaching and regular reviews.
- Attendance at international courses in Australia.
- Regular in-house training including fortnightly training sessions.
- Use of up-to-date technology for all facets of the business.
The practical experience offered during the programme ensures graduates work closely with fully qualified chartered accountants, managers and directors. Support is also provided in study groups to assist with professional exams. To be successful for the Staples Rodway Graduate Development Programme you must enjoy a challenging, stimulating environment where you are required to accept responsibility and accountability early on. You must also have completed all the papers required for future membership in the Institue of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand. Graduates are invited to apply in March each year through our website to commence employment in early March the following year.
