Employer Advocacy Services (EAS) provides responsive and cost effective industrial relations advice and guidance in the areas of:

• Providing immediate advice and guidance in addressing employee discipline and performance management problems.
• Providing information and guidance in respect of all employment legislation.
• Documenting of individual employment agreements (pursuant to the Employment Relations Act 2000).
• Planning and assisting in collective agreement negotiations with Unions, or in resolving and facilitating any other form of Union interactions.
• Acting as the Employer Advocate in all industrial disputes.
• Providing the employer with representation in all claims of personal grievance.
• Providing independent mediation services.
